They're friendly

An hour and 10 minutes line up to get food, and because they had two separate line ups (each going to a different till) you could not judge how long the wait was, and they didn't have the cutesy to let all the miserable people know that it's over an hour line up or even give simple apology, instead they would just try to explain that our wait timeand situation was justified.
