Very accommodating. Answered all my questions as a first year beekeeper. I was able to get all my supplies from one source. Nothing I could suggest for improvements

Picked up a package of Chilean bees yesterday. My buddy, Little Tom, (he's 6'9") handled the girls a little roughly. Lindsay chastised him immediately! Rightly so. Tom had never seen a package of bees before. He was like a huge kid in a candy store. Hived the girls with little effort. These people are great! Nice clean facility.
