  Waitress was doing the best she could. Short staffed. This meant items forgotten in our orders, late drinks, cold food, and bill error. With enough staff, it could be really tasty and the overall experience design is well planned, but staffing seems to be a problem with all of Tsawwassen Mills. Don't blame the servers, the cooks or even the manager, blame the corporate policy for wage structure in an unpopulated area.

  After reading the reviews, I came in with low expectations. We had lunch here for father's day and we didn't have much of a wait for a table despite it being decently busy. What took a bit longer than usual was the food. Everything tasted pretty good and I was happy with how my steak was made. Only problem was I ordered a 10oz and received a 7oz. The kitchen offered to correct this by making me ANOTHER 7oz steak! We were checked on several times and I was pleased with the service. Here's hoping they're on the road to recovery from all the other low star reviews.

  Hands down the worst dining experience I have ever had. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive. When we said something the waitress told us that the kitchen was really behind. We confirmed later that this was a lie because it said right on the bill when the order was placed, which was 45 minutes after we ordered. So the waitress forgot and instead of owning up to it she lied. And when we actually got the food one of the orders was wrong and took even longer. AND on top of all that the food came cold! When we talked to the manager he tried to argue with us that since the order actually came out in a reasonable amount of time from when it was actually put into the system that somehow the restaurant wasn't at fault! Are you kidding me!? We talked him into a measly 20% discount after he tried to offer us a gift card. Before that he was simply going to say he was sorry and offer nothing. But it still took him another 30 minutes to bring us our adjusted bill. Which he got wrong... and then a third time it came back wrong. At this point we had been in the restaurant for just short of 3 hours and we were fed up and said we weren't paying. The pathetic little man had the nerve to throw his arms up and try and claim dine and dash on us as he yelled at the waitress. This was not dine and dash this was refusal to pay for this joke they called service. Sorriest excuse of a manager I have ever seen. We weren't the only people upset either. Many tables were complaining with one man out right shouting at the manager. How this should have been handled: The waitress realized she made a mistake and immediately placed the order making sure that the kitchen knew that the bill had priority. The manager should have been informed and should have come to personally apologize and wave the bill. This would ensure that we felt fairly treated and we probably would have returned in the future. Instead we feel cheated, insulted, and will never be returning to this sad restaurant and it's sad, sad management.

  Our server was very nice and friendly. However the service itself was quite slow. We had waited at the table for about 15 mins before I had to get up and ask a bartender for a server to help us. It then took forever to have our food packed up and our bill, there was also not any toilet paper in the women's bathroom, every single stall was empty. Just awesome! It was very slow due to the obvious fact that they were short staff. I feel bad for the servers to work in these conditions, our server was wonderful and do want to give him credit. As for the rest, it sucked!

  Service was friendly. There was a little bit of wait to order, though it wasn't particularly busy. The burger patty was juicy, but could use more season. The ribs were quite good with the chipotle honey sauce.
